We deliver on weekdays between 12pm - 3pm. If you have a preferred delivery time, drop us a tinker and we will do our best to adhere to it. Sunday deliveries are rare, but if you really would like a weekend delivery then yes, we deliver on Sunday afternoons for those special requests too!
All cancellations are to be made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
You get reward points for buying items at our store, leaving a testimonial and reviewing our products. Let's start with you making an order for your pet essentials - here is what you get:

$10 = 10 points. Therefore $69 = 60 points; $112 = 110 points.

100 points = $5 off next order
200 points = $10 off next order.
Maximum points for redemption: 200 points per order

Orders above $150 get double points.

As a distributor, we carry a few lines of natural products for pets. We are the exclusive distributor in Singapore for CocoTherapy, BOB Pet Bowls, Sandy's Natural Tea Tree Products and Petsep Disinfectant Pills.

We will exchange due to manufacturers' defect only. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoiled). We will require the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from www.thewaterdish.com.sg. We encourage you to help us check for defects before accepting our delivery.
