- How long do I have to wait for my pet’s orders?
Orders will be processed within 12 hours of ordering and we will deliver either on Thursday evenings, or Sunday from 2pm - 10pm. If you have a preferred delivery time, we will try our best to adhere to it. - What should I do if my order is out of stock?
We will drop you a call or email and recommend the next best product suitable for your pet. - What if the product I want is not listed on your website?
Do drop us a call at 9685 3929, or drop us an email at enquiries@thewaterdish.com.sg to let us know which product you would like to have, and we will do our best to carry that product. - How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an auto-response upon ordering, showing that our system has captured your information and we’re on it! We will then send a confirmation invoice within 12 hours to you, thus confirming your order. - What if I need to cancel my order?
All cancellations are to be made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. - Can we exchange goods?
We will exchange due to manufacturers' defect only. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoiled). We will require the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from www.thewaterdish.com.sg. We encourage you to help us check for defects before accepting our delivery. - Do you do re-packing?
Yes, and it is chargeable at $2 per order. - Can I do self-collection?
Yes, of course. Please do let us know in advance (during the ordering process) if you want to do self-collection. - Do you have any delivery charges for your delivery services?
For orders above $60, we offer free delivery islandwide. For order between $20 and $60, we charge $6 delivery charge. For orders below $20, there is a $7 delivery charge. - Is there GST charges on top of your discounted prices?
We absorb GST. - Do you sell pets?
No, we are strictly against selling of pets, unless the animals are bred under the best conditions by reputable breeders. Otherwise, adoption is the way to go.
